Eezotraq is a smart business management app designed for small businesses, farms, restaurants, shops and more. We support 17 languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Arabic and more.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers (Singapore region). We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Each business account can only access their own data
- Bill images are stored in secure private storage
- We never sell your data to third parties
Third-Party Services
Eezotraq uses the following trusted third-party services:
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Anthropic Claude AI — Bill scanning and voice parsing
- OpenAI Whisper — Voice transcription
- Expo — App notifications
These services have their own privacy policies and handle data securely.
Your Rights
- Access your personal data at any time
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your business data via Excel reports
- Update or correct your information
- Opt out of notifications in app settings
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Clear batch data from Settings → Clear All Data
- Delete your account by contacting us
- All your data will be permanently removed within 7 days
Children's Privacy
Eezotraq is designed for business owners and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date below. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
